SHE IS PROMISING A LOT BUT NEVER DELIVERS. SHE DID NOT EVEN PUT PICTURES OF MY PROPERTY WHEN SHE PUT IT ON MLS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, EVERYTHING ELSE IS UP TO YOU.

Joy S Erickson should not be a realtor, because she does not tell her clients the truth. Look elsewhere people you will not be happy with her service. Do not pay attention to the Tracy and Chris Monson and Rachael and Jon reviews. Most likely they have been made by Joy Erickson herself to cover up bad reviews by other people. Tracy and Chris Monson and Rachael and Jon reviews have not been confirmed and actually been posted in the same day. There are good realtors out there, keep yourself out of trouble.

She is an ungrateful, stuckup, piece of nothing. I could tell she is very unhappy with her life. She has nothing good to say about anyone. She will talk nasty to you because she thinks she is better than you. STAY AWAY from her, cause she needs to figure it out. Don't even consider buying a house through her!!

Joy was a delight to work within our home buying and selling experience. She was extremely trustworthy, always prompt and was flexible working around our schedule. She made our experience easy, stress free and exciting.

I bought property with Joy S. Erickson. It was biggest mistake I ever made. What a dishonest and gridy realtor. This agent has no morals and would tell client anything to get the money she wants. She can not be trusted. Do yourself a favor, stay away from her.

Terrible agent, lacks social skills and cl****, wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. If he could screw something up, he would. He made a lot of money off the buy and did little to earn it.
