Better than Perfect
Dana listed our home during the holidays and was able to find a buyer and complete the closing all in less than 3 weeks. It was amazing! We had to sell and were very impressed. Other homes in out neighborhood are still for sales almost a year later. We had over 20 showings in the first week and I personally know neighbors that have had half that number in over a year on the market!
