I bought a home from Robert back in June, according to the purchace agreement the garage was o be completely insulated, it was not, according to the PA the cables running into the house were to be secured to the house, they were not, the kitchen fauset was to be fixed, it was not, the dog spots in the yard were to be repaired, they were not, remodling was complete down stairs with no permit. It seems like Robert has gone into hidding, he has told other realtor not to give out his personal information, he has disconnected his primary and secondary phone service.
