He was rude and didn't represent his himself and Weichert Realtors Very well. I will be staying away from this Realtor.

I meet Jeannie when I called on a house I saw for sale. After a breif q&a, Jeannie said she wouldn't sell me that house, but would find a safe and affordable home for me and my daughter. I was surprised at her remark, but found out the house I called about was not up to code and would need ALOT of work to make it safe. Brett Nelson made appointment with my real estate agent's office to show my home Dec 22, 2007, between 11:30-12:30. There was a no show, no business card left, no phone call, as every light was still on at 7:00 pm that evening, upon my return home. Brett didn't have the courtesy to make a phone call say he or his client could not make it - possibly because of a little bit of Minnesota snow.
