Anita buy a previous house with Brett Nelson and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Brett Nelson made appointment with my real estate agent's office to show my home Dec 22, 2007, between 11:30-12:30. There was a no show, no business card left, no phone call, as every light was still on at 7:00 pm that evening, upon my return home. Brett didn't have the courtesy to make a phone call say he or his client could not make it - possibly because of a little bit of Minnesota snow.
