For the most part new developments have slowed down and foreclosures are a large part of my market.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love my job. I love helping people find their dream home and i love the keeping the deal together and getting my clients a good deal on a home.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
In this market there are a few: Low appraisals, Short sales, Part time agents and foreclosures.

I care about my clients and love putting deals together fro them

Being able to help clients achieve there dreams of home ownership

Treat people with respect and take care of them and everything will work great.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I would like to stay in the community i am in. It is a great place to live.
