Constance was a blessing to my husband and I in our search for our first home. She was always available 24/7 with any questions we had and was open to what we were looking for. She did not pressure us in our search and made it always fun and enjoyable. Constance was always professional but it was fun getting to know her! She offered decorating and remodeling ideas and helped us see the potential in the house we eventually bought. Now we couldn't be happier with our house and we still pinch ourselves that we live there! Thanks Constance! We are so greatful!

We bought our first home with Bob and he was great in every aspect. He educated us on the process, walked us through each step and helped get us into the best loan program available for us at the time. He was honest, trustworthy and hard working and we would recommend him to anyone. We were recommended to him from a friend who also had a great experience working with him as well. We were a little concerned about the previous complaint but found that after Bob explained what had happened it was clear that Bob was being attacked by a bitter ex-employee with an axe to grind. From our experience, Bob was excellent, knowledgeable, creative and encouraging throughout the process. He's great. You won't be disappointed.

Constance sold my old home in a interesting market. She, also, helped us buy a nice home. Our closings didn't go very smooth. So an added bonus is that Constance helped us move. What a great agent and person.

It's very hard for me to describe Bob Feland in polite words. When he's not trying to sell you an ARM loan from a known sub-prime lender, he's trying to get you into his pyramid scam, selling vitamins. Bob also used my credentials for his own company's tax purposes and claimed to the IRS that I was an EMPLOYEE of his during a period where I was unemployed. Because of this fraud, the state of MN has been "recapturing" thousands of dollars from me every year, which I am unable to stop because the appeal period for this crime expired before I even knew it was happening. As a scam artist, it was a brilliant plan on his part. As of today, Bob Feland owes me over $48,000 and should be prosecuted as a criminal.

This agent has stolen 300 dollars from me and will not return my phone calls, or emails. He is not trustworthy. Why would anybody want to have this incompetent person sell their home. DO NOT TRUST HIM.

I think the time it took for Constance to find my perfect townhouse was less than a month. I gave her vague ideas of where I wanted to live and a few specifics of what I wanted and she found the most perfect place. I fell in love immediately and didn't even consider anything else. Everything with Constance was a breeze - the financial aspects, the closing, all went smoothly and painlessly. Now I'm in my beautiful new home and still don't quite believe it's really mine. And I owe it all to Constance! Thank you!

I purchased a foreclosed home owned by Fannie Mae and listed by J. Asplund. In the purchase agreement between Fannie Mae and Fortress Realty, he was supposed to pay all the assessments against the property. He Did Not Pay! A year later when the bills were added to my taxes and my title company contacted him, he still Refused to pay. The title company contacted Fannie Mae and informed them of his unprofessional tactics.

Great guy. Very knowledgeable and reliable. He knows what he is doing. If you need a great realitor, he is the guy for you.

Constance is awesome! She was willing to drive all the way up to the Wyoming area just to help us find our house. And when we would find something we kinda liked she would ask us questions to see if we truly like the house or just "settling" for something so we didn't force ourself into a house. And right when we thought our house wasn't out there for us and we were ready to give up . . . . BAM She finds our house! It was so much fun to go out there and look at houses with her (and get some cool decorating tips from some open houses! :))! She made everything so smooth and explained anything we didn't understand! And even when I was out of town she was there for Roger and me! She is the greatest realtor anyone could ask for. I would recommend her to anyone and would use her again for our next home purchase! Thank you so much for all of your help!
