Dream House
Constance was a blessing to my husband and I in our search for our first home. She was always available 24/7 with any questions we had and was open to what we were looking for. She did not pressure us in our search and made it always fun and enjoyable. Constance was always professional but it was fun getting to know her! She offered decorating and remodeling ideas and helped us see the potential in the house we eventually bought. Now we couldn't be happier with our house and we still pinch ourselves that we live there! Thanks Constance! We are so greatful!

Constance sold my old home in a interesting market. She, also, helped us buy a nice home. Our closings didn't go very smooth. So an added bonus is that Constance helped us move. What a great agent and person.

I think the time it took for Constance to find my perfect townhouse was less than a month. I gave her vague ideas of where I wanted to live and a few specifics of what I wanted and she found the most perfect place. I fell in love immediately and didn't even consider anything else. Constance is awesome! She was willing to drive all the way up to the Wyoming area just to help us find our house. And when we would find something we kinda liked she would ask us questions to see if we truly like the house or just "settling" for something so we didn't force ourself into a house. And right when we thought our house wasn't out there for us and we were ready to give up . . . . BAM She finds our house! It was so much fun to go out there and look at houses with her (and get some cool decorating tips from some open houses! :))! She made everything so smooth and explained anything we didn't understand! And even when I was out of town she was there for Roger and me! She is the greatest realtor anyone could ask for. Crossing paths with Constance was just what I needed. My daughter and I stumbled upon an open house in between a sports tournament and thought why not use up some time and check it out. We were looking to see what the kitchen in this model home (shown by Constance) looked like. Our kitchen was due for some remodeling and we fell in love with the style of this particular house. Meeting Constance was a delight; a turning point for sure. When we told her we were not in the market for a home, but some day a cabin on a lake, she took the reigns. At the right time for us she led us to the perfect place which is now our new home sweet home. She was able to zero in on the area that best suited our needs. It was almost magical. We know it was a blessing to meet her and work with her. She gets the job done smoothly and perfectly with the t.l.c. that seals the deal. Constance was a huge help with both the sale of our condo and the buying of our new home. She was easy to get in touch with and always available to help us and answer questions or refer us to someone else who could help. She knew what we were looking for and didn't waste our time with houses that didn't suit our family. She also involved our son and always made a point to talk to him and include him in the home-buying experience, which is very important to us. Common Bond
I felt very comfortable with Constance from the moment I met her. Aside from the fact that we nearly share the same name, we both have a good sense of humor. I truely appreciated her commitment to finding just the right house for me. I am a single woman with no children but I have a very busy life. I needed something that was simple to manage and yet gave me the ability to play hostess now and again. Constance found me just the right townhome for my needs. I love this place. I loved working with her. She was very understanding when I seemed to take forever making up my mind. Sometimes the right place just isn't there right away. We had a lot of fun bopping around and she even let me take some of my friends along. We had some great chats. She is A-One in my book and I am proud to still call her a friend!

Constance has always been open and honest with us. She has sold our last two homes and has been a support for us and for many of our friends.
