CAM buy a previous house with Jeffrey C Asplund and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
I purchased a foreclosed home owned by Fannie Mae and listed by J. Asplund. In the purchase agreement between Fannie Mae and Fortress Realty, he was supposed to pay all the assessments against the property. He Did Not Pay! A year later when the bills were added to my taxes and my title company contacted him, he still Refused to pay. The title company contacted Fannie Mae and informed them of his unprofessional tactics.
