BJ buy a previous house with Richard D Carlson and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
We had a very bad experience with this agent. We were strung along for months with no communication on the progress of our offer. We called and emailed, even contacting his broker on numerous occasions to no prevail. He ignored us for weeks at a time and never returned any calls or emails on our bid. Then, one day we received an email that another offer had been made and the bank accepted it- but we had no idea there were any other offers. We felt like we were scammed... What does the word "integrity" really mean at Keller Williams?
