- As in any profession, there are agents that do it the right way. On the other hand, there are a few agents that don't do it the right way. That small percentage of agents that try to cut corners or are not always honest, sort of wrecks it for the rest of us.

- When I called a client and their 3 year old daughter would answer the phone. She would yell; "Mom-Dad, it's our realtor Bob on the phone again."
- What is your best characteristic?
- My sense of humor tends to relax my clients during a very stressful time in their life.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My father was always a kind, fair and gentle person. I always noticed that he was very well liked by everyone. I have always wanted to be like him.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Stop talking and LISTEN.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- You may think that I'm weird but I can't think of any other place that I would live, then right here in Minnesota. Two reasons, my family is here, plus being a professional musician keeps me here.
