Mr. Lenchner is just fine. This agency has been written 3 times regarding the false statement by a Susie Cohen, who never bought a home from Mr. Lenchner. Incredible Agents never answered the letter, so I am contacted FCC and file a legal and formal complaint against them. The address they give is false according to the post office.

This agent should lose his license based on unethical behavior. Go contact any of the homeowners at Charrington Condo's in Clawson, MI and they will inform you of this mans unlawful behavior. You have been forewarned.

I am a licensed Realtor in Illinois and was excited to sign-up for Denise's services as a flat-fee listing agent. Unfortunately, I quickly learned that her Silver package that is most used (according to her Web site) doesn't compare to the MLS listing services provided by the majority of full-service Realtors in Michigan, Illinois and most other states. When I asked for the address of my home to be made available to the public through the SWMRIC MLS, a simple click of a box that is included in the SWMRIC MLS membership fees, she wanted to charge me an additional $150 on top of the $349 I had paid for the Silver package. Being a licensed full-service Realtor, I am disappointed in Realtors who nickle and dime their clients for services that a Realtor should be providing - flat-fee or not. It doesn't appear as though Denise's interest in selling a home align with her clients.
