Agreeing with the women above sam and sherrie are scamers! They only think about themselfs and they will stop answering calls to avoid you. They spend their escrow money on their gambling addiction so its at your own risk!!!

I just sold my sold through Claudia and she never gave up the fight. My home was a short sale and she bent over backwards to get the deal done. She has put my faith back into REALTORS. List your home with a professional REALTOR, no fly by night broker company. The difference is night and day. I will use her for any and all purchases in the future. Thanks Claudia!!!

Sam as well as his wife Sherrie and daughter Nicole are not good people.They moved into my house in Greenville, NC on May 05/15/08.I was nice enough to let them move in there w/o a deposit because they said they would put hardwood floors in.Not once did they pay rent on time.They didn't pay for July 15th to Aug 15th so I've been calling them ever since.All 3 have been avoiding me and lying to me for the last month.They just called today to inform me that they moved out last week and went back to MI.They we're at least nice enough to leave trash in my house and my key in the door.Sam said "well we don't stay there anymore so we're not paying". He wasn't even man enough to call me and tell me they were leaving.His wife Sherrie signed a 1 yr lease and had no remorse about breaching that contract. If this is how they treat people that were kind to them then why on earth would you want to have anything to do with them.They are dishonest and only think of themselves.

I would definitely recommend Ryan. It took 15 months to sell our house. We had another agent for the first six months- he did nothing but list it and he mispriced it so we missed an opportunity to sell at a higher price as the market kept slipping during the 15 months. We interviewed 4 agents and went with Ryan. Ryan said right out the gate that we should be at a lower price than we wanted, but were jaded by the previous agent's unrealistic expectations. Ryan weekly placed adds in papers and magazines that prominently showcased our home, and managed the internet presence of our house. We heard from others in the market that they were not geting near the amount of showings we were getting. We have sold about 5 houses and Ryan managed the process the best we ever had. Every Monday we got two emails from Ryan - one showing our competition and another talking about the activity on the internet and print media durning the week. We regret not finding Ryan sooner.

I was beeing transfered to a new job and Prenta Ivanovic was recomended and we called her my wife and I and she brought us a cma as she called it a current market analisys and she told us that if you list with me and do what i tell you to do we will not have any trouble selling it I was sceptical at firs because i was thinking no one is that good and we went with our gut instincts and listed with her she said I will be back in a week i am going on vacation needless to say before she even left we got a full price offer and we were very happy with her we closed our home and we are great. we would recomend Prenta to all of our friends and relatives.

Someone recomended Prenta and I called her and she said what are you looking for? and I said I am looking for a condo but I want it in a good area somwhere near my work and I don't have alot of money and she said I have the perfect condo for you ! I know exactly what you want I am available tomorrow from 1-2 pm can you make it? and I said i will take off work for that and we went with her and it was perfect it was a foreclosure and it was really huge and newer build 2000, and she got it for us, and what a deal! and she was so nice and considerite in fact she calls us at least once a month just to see how we are doing. We would recomend her to everyone we know. actually she stopped by just to help my Wife fill out some papers that she didn't understand. All I have to say is WOW.

I was looking for a condo and someone recomended Prenta and I called her and she said I have the perfect condo for you, just meet me at my office, and she took me to this amazing condo it was 1700 sq ft and new and she got me a great deal we got it for$ 135.000 what a deal! I would really recomend her to everyone she really knows her Job. what a great person!
