Agreeing with the women above sam and sherrie are scamers! They only think about themselfs and they will stop answering calls to avoid you. They spend their escrow money on their gambling addiction so its at your own risk!!!

Sam as well as his wife Sherrie and daughter Nicole are not good people.They moved into my house in Greenville, NC on May 05/15/08.I was nice enough to let them move in there w/o a deposit because they said they would put hardwood floors in.Not once did they pay rent on time.They didn't pay for July 15th to Aug 15th so I've been calling them ever since.All 3 have been avoiding me and lying to me for the last month.They just called today to inform me that they moved out last week and went back to MI.They we're at least nice enough to leave trash in my house and my key in the door.Sam said "well we don't stay there anymore so we're not paying". He wasn't even man enough to call me and tell me they were leaving.His wife Sherrie signed a 1 yr lease and had no remorse about breaching that contract. If this is how they treat people that were kind to them then why on earth would you want to have anything to do with them.They are dishonest and only think of themselves.
