Knowledgable
We worked with Judy when we sold our waterfront home. She made every effort to know about the river so she could help buyers of our property with their questions. She even found a buyer for our boat because she knew the waterways in our area so well. That was frosting on the cake! After the sale, she helped us find our Realtor in Arizona which made our move just that much easier, knowing we had an agent on both ends of our move that we could trust. Judy is very patient and takes her job seriously, as if we were her only home seller. She went above and beyond and we will be forever thankful.
Met at Open House
We met Judy at an Open House she was having and knew right away we wanted to work with her. She is friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy which so many real estate agents are. Judy rocks! I relocated to Stevensville over 5 years ago with the help of Judy as my Realtor. She had quite a job getting me the house that I wanted because it was a brand new listing and we had to make an offer higher than asking price in order to get it since there were three offers on it at the same time (including mine). I love my house and I wouldn't have it if it weren't for Judy's guidance. I can't recommend her enough!
