There are alot of new condominium projects going on right now, especially by the water.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love to help people. I enjoy meeting and making friendships with people. I also enjoy the challenge of negotiating!

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Getting people to understand "today's" market and it's prices. It isn't like it used to be. I find that many people can not or will not see that their property isn't what they think it is worth, but rather what the market says it is worth.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I had a listing that I did an Open House on and the neighbors were home and watching my activity on the listed property. They watched my coming and going, showings and advertising. They came over to an Open House and asked me to list their home. I have since listed and sold 5 transactions with them and we are dear friends.

What is your best characteristic?
Patience.

Who or what inspires you the most?
People who live life in the moment.

What is the best advice you ever received?
Trust in the Lord.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
At this point in my life I am content living in Benton Harbor Mi. We live by Lake Michigan and every day is a treasure.
