DO NOT CONTACT THESE PEOPLE for any services-particularly if you are looking to rent a house because they don't understand basic principles of common business practices 101. We looked at a house for rent, was the first people there, submitted our application on the spot and was told we would be contacted in 24-48 hrs with an answer; another person submitted their application immediately after us while we were there as well...come the 48 hrs later, when WE CALL TO FOLLOW-UP, we are told that the house has already been rented to the other person, without ANY notification to us whatsoever, because the other renter's references were contacted & supposedly the property management co had "no control" over the selection process...and they "forgot" to call us to let us know...oh and did I mention this all happened on the SAME DAY WE SUBMITTED OUR APPLICATION???!! So we waited 48 hours for NOTHING!!! Absolutely astonishing that people think that they can conduct business in this manner.
