I met Dave when I went to the open house on my home. I was previously working with another realtor whom I was debating on continuing with. After meeting Dave, I felt like I would be more successful in working with him. I appreciated him standing back and letting me and my parents go through the home at our leasure. We did not feel pressured and it felt very welcoming. He thoroughly answered all questions we had and helped me get the process started very quickly. My home was a short sale, and things got postponed well past what we expected due to issues with the sellers back. This caused me to become very frustrated and almost backed out of the deal. Dave was open to my frustrations and other options. I stuck with the deal on my house and am FINALLY moved in and it's a great feeling. Overall, Dave was a great realtor to work with.
