After meeting Dave, I felt like I would be more successful in working with him. I appreciated him standing back and letting me and my parents go through the home at our leasure. My home was a short sale, and things got postponed well past what we expected due to issues with the sellers back. This caused me to become very frustrated and almost backed out of the deal.
