We looked at homes with other realtors before we met Dave, but they didn't seem real interested in helping us find what we were looking for. Dave helped us purchase our new home and also sell our old home in Saginaw. He answered every question we had and told us what we could expect every step of the way. He sold our house in Saginaw in 30 days, which made it possible for us to purchase our dream home. He went out of his way to find us reliable contractors to fix a couple of things in our new house. He continued to check with us after closing to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Dave if you are looking for someone who is honest, well informed, and will get the job done.

I met Dave when I went to the open house on my home. I was previously working with another realtor whom I was debating on continuing with. After meeting Dave, I felt like I would be more successful in working with him. I appreciated him standing back and letting me and my parents go through the home at our leasure. We did not feel pressured and it felt very welcoming. He thoroughly answered all questions we had and helped me get the process started very quickly. My home was a short sale, and things got postponed well past what we expected due to issues with the sellers back. This caused me to become very frustrated and almost backed out of the deal. Dave was open to my frustrations and other options. I stuck with the deal on my house and am FINALLY moved in and it's a great feeling. Overall, Dave was a great realtor to work with.

We were first time home buyers and a little intimidated by the whole process. A friend gave us Daves name and as soon as we contacted him things started to fall into place. We were very specific on what we were looking for and what would and would not work for us. Dave's search into the homes in our area where very specific to what we had requested. He had a great knowledge of homes that would work for wheel chair accessibility which was one of our greatest needs. We felt so at ease working with Dave that it completely took away any fears or questions that we had and we thouroughly enjoyed the expierence. We were on a tight schedule to sell our house in Bay City, we wanted to be into our new dream lakefront home by October, and we listed with Dave in early June. After many showings and open houses we found the perfect buyer. The house was on the market for about 90 days total (average time on market in the area is 180 days +). Working with Dave to find my house was great experience. I work rotating shift work, so it was not the easiest to get out and view homes. Dave worked around my schedule to make sure I was always up do date on the latest houses on the market and any questions I had for him. Dave would get me into view as many houses as I had time for in the 3 hours I had from wake up until the time I needed to leave for work. I always had an e-mail with new listings in my inbox or a voice mail answering any of my questions when I wasn't available to talk. Dave helped me to find a house that wasn't even in his normal area. There was so much follow up work and extra questions that needed to be answered when I was getting ready to close on my house. With Dave helping me I had all of paper work completed and all of the unknowns answered well before the closing date. We were impressed with Dave from the get-go. We would often look at 5-6 houses at a time and Dave was knowledgeable about each one. He also seemed available at the drop of a hat to meet us at houses we had found ourselves! When we finally found the house we were looking for, Dave was an integral part of getting all the paperwork complete. And when we experienced some major flood plain issues, Dave bent over backward to research solutions at the state and federal levels. And even though we eventually decided not to pursue the home any longer, Dave was right there for us and had 3 new homes for us to check out the very day after we decided to start looking again. And thanks to him, one of those places was the right one for us, and we literally closed on it within 2 weeks. We couldn't have done it without Dave who remained patient, cool-headed (when we were super frustrated with the flood stuff), and always available. This guy even helped us move when we finally bought our house!!

Dave help us out so much. We sat down and made a list with him of our needs and wants. After being in our last house for 38 years we relized our needs were larger than our wants. Dave came up with a list of homes we needed to see. The list was right on the money. We looked at five houses total and we bought the second one we looked at. Being in our 60's my husband and I were very nervous about about moving and looking for a home.
