This guy is nuts, we experienced a similar situation back in 2003 - Up front fee for basically no work performed. After we demanded a refund he agreed to refund half of the $1995 we gave him - he also threatened to have me arrested for harassment. We sent a letter to the attorney general, then was given the opportunity to meet with a mediator through the Dept of Labor Economic Growth which ultimately resulted in a full refund. Maybe if enough complaints were filed against him he would not be in business today.

This guy is horrible. Do not give him any money. He asks for money up front in trade for a lower commission then you never see the money again. He says he is an attorney and uses that to get you to trust him but he can't be trusted. He is rude and difficult and cannot be trusted.
