Hard to define because we are a resort area, the 2nd home market average price would be about $400,0

Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
The trend right now is that we have a lot of people looking but not writing offers.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
It's a job that feels like not having a job, I guess when you love your job it doesn't feel like work.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Trying to set myself apart from the pack by being a full service Realtor and giving my clients the highest level of customer service that I possibly can.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Being able to find a family retreat in an A+ neighborhood for half the average price in that area.

What is your best characteristic?
Detail orientated.

Who or what inspires you the most?
I am most inspired by success stories of people who were not afraid to give all of themselves to what they love.

What is the best advice you ever received?
Always look ahead, think with foresight and refer to past mistakes as learning tools.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Right here in Michigan, then Tuscany, Italy!
