My job transferred to Marquette in Sept 2005. Before moving, my wife and I met with Stephanie and set our "parameters" and she lined up many homes for us to visit in subsequent weekends before I moved into temporary housing. She is very pleasant, really down to earth, and we enjoyed our business dealings with her tremendously. She found us our "dream home" within a few weeks. We then used her to sell our home in November 2008 when my job relocated to Hawaii. Again, we were really pleased with how she handled the entire sale of the house for us...long distance. Finally, as we are preparing to move back to Michigan, we looked to Stephanie to help us find a home. We closed on our new "dream home" in December 2010 and couldn't be happier with the way she handled all the details...again long distance. Very Pleased
My fiancée & I met with Stephanie to let her know what we were looking for. She immediately printed out several properties within our parameters. We looked at a few of them but none caught our eye. Stephanie represented us while buying a home in late 2008 and early 2009, a very volatile time in the markets. She was attentive to our needs and found us exactly what we desired. The purchase was contingent on our selling a property out of state which was represented by a different agency. There were challenging issues to resolve for both sales to make the deal happen. Stephanie was indispensable while working through all the difficulties. She showed great competence, cooperation and communication skills. We especially appreciated her ethical and professional style and "can do" attitude that helped us keep focused and calm during the months it took to put us exactly where we wanted to be.
