Peter Bruinsma of GRAR Grand Rapids MI looks out for his own best interest over that of others and will take advantage of others for his own financial gain. Kenowa Holdings Group owner Jim Creager hired us to rebuild the foundation under an existing house owned by GRAR Real Estate Investor Peter Bruinsma. A Stop Order was put on the job because permits had not been obtained. Home owner, Pete Bruinsma pulled the permits so that we could complete the work as requested. The work was completed on May 8, 2009 per specifications & code requirements. Both Pete and Jim stated that the work was exceptional yet neither will pay us. We obtained a judgement against Jim yet have not been paid. At the time of this posting (August 24th) Jim is still working for Pete. Pete refuses to with-hold payment from Jim to pay us per court order. We have experienced very unethical business dealings from both of them. Our experience with Pete and Jim leads us to believe that they planned this scam together.
