Diana consistently exceeded my expectations. She proved her knowledge on all aspects of purchasing a house. Diana has a keen eye for details and always kept my interests her priority when searching for my home. She was a very hard worker throughout the entire process, especially when placing the offer; and constantly provided updates on the status of the offer, paperwork, etc. She was equally available via email and phone. Selling a house in today's market can be more than challenging. Diana gave us an estimate on what she felt the selling price of our house should be and her Market Analysis was right on target with the sale price (and it sold in 3 months!). She was always available when we had questions and when there were showings, she did a prompt follow-up with the agent. Because the property was vacant, she would even check on the house after showings to make sure the house was secured. Super agent, right on target with price, excellent communication and follow-up - A++ Agent!
Great person to work with
Diana was a very easy person to work with. She was quick to return emails/calls and was very flexible as far as meeting to look at houses, do paperwork, etc. I never felt pressured and she pointed out the negatives as well as the positives. I also appreciated that she came to the inspection, asked a lot of questions that I wouldn't have thought of and made sure to follow up on some issues. I would recommend Diana to anyone looking for a realtor.
