We had an extra ordinary situation to deal with that caused the whole transaction to be delayed for months through no fault of our own or the Realtor. We were also hampered a bit since we live three hours away from the property that was for sale. Throughout this time, Dave Melvin worked tirelessly with our situation, was always available for questions, and continued to be open to suggestions on how to proceed. He ended up doing a lot of extra leg work before the final closing.
