Dave did an outstanding job. He listened to the things we liked and disliked as we looked and houses and selected homes that matched both my husband and my interest. Being first time home buyers Dave was able to explain the process and was available to answer any questions often answering them before we ever needed to ask. Selling a house in today's market can be more than challenging. Diana gave us an estimate on what she felt the selling price of our house should be and her Market Analysis was right on target with the sale price (and it sold in 3 months!). She was always available when we had questions and when there were showings, she did a prompt follow-up with the agent. Because the property was vacant, she would even check on the house after showings to make sure the house was secured. We had an extra ordinary situation to deal with that caused the whole transaction to be delayed for months through no fault of our own or the Realtor.
