My wife and I tried to buy a house this last year on a short sale. Muma did not turn in our short sale because she was working behind the scenes to get a buyer through her own office so she would not have to split commissions. She delayed the sale, putting the owner at risk of possible bankrupcy. She led us along pretending to have turned in the short sale. I would advise using Dawn M Muma for any business transaction.

It is of my opinion that she will avoid any opportunity to sell a house if it appears that she has a possibility of not having to share commissions with another broker/agent. This is what happened to my wife and I when we tried to buy a house. She strung us along and ended up selling it in house (meaning she did not have to split commissions with anyone else) months after our original bid was put in and was conveniently exactly 1,000 dollars more than our bid. It is our belief that she never turned in our short sale offer. We have requested to her to prove to us otherwise. She has refused to show that we are wrong in our assumption.

This man is very strange to rent from. He, in my opinion, is the rookie slum lord. He makes abunch of promises and does not deliver. The roof leaked, that siding came down, and the carpet on the stairs smelled. All he said he would have fixed. Never did.

Did a great job with our family she help and walked us every step of the process. She even went out of her way help in other areas.
