but would not
recommend using Karter for your home purchase.
Comments: "This man is very strange to rent from. He, in my opinion, is the rookie slum lord. He makes abunch of promises and does not deliver. The roof leaked, that siding came down, and the carpet on the stairs smelled. All he said he would have fixed. Never did." Read full review |
