*** The issues are still pending *** Do not use him for any work around the home. He may have a license and insurance but I think he only has the education and not much hands on experience. I have gout cracking for a job he completed for us and to date he has not responded as he guarnateed this would not happen.I would not receommend him to anyone. I have made a claim to BBB. Do you ever hear horror stories about buying a house and the deal falls through b/c the selling agent is not on the up-and-up? She is a prime example of such an agent. She is not to be trusted, and is only out for her own personal gain. Her word means nothing. Best to avoid dealing with her or to get everything in writing ASAP. If she tries to delay paperwork, run away!
