Has no clue what she is doing. Sent docs from a previous client from five months ago saying we just got the offer back today. No clue what she is thinking. Run don't walk before you consider using this moron.

I just purchased a condo in which Beata was the selling agent. Throughout the entire process, phone calls were NOT returned, we were lied to on numerous occasions (told one thing and what came in writing was another) and furthermore, she caused extensive damages to my unit which I ultimately ended up paying largely for!She actually had someone go into my condo unit after my inspection was done, who not only left cigarette butts all over the place, but used a commode, then turned the main water on (knowing there was plumbing damage) and left the unit with the water on causing extensive flooding damage!! Again she sent her "people" to the unit to inspect the damages who reported only $100 worth of damage, when the ceiling was falling down in the basement!! She is THE WORST AGENT I have ever dealt with and I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE STEER CLEAR OF USING HER FOR ANY REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS YOU ARE PURSUING! She has no ethics, morals, cares or remorse who she screws over to make a buck!!
