Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I love seeing people smile after they walk into a home that they are destined to live in. I have to admit...it is still the american dream for many...
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Calling to show a property to a client and it being available on Real Comp, but when I call it is pending. And has been for a couple of weeks. That sucks. (excuse my french)
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: I had a middle age client who had never owned a home. She was so shy, so timid. I remember being there every step of the way, mortgage process, showing her a bunch of homes. (experienceing the above statement) But, at the end of the journey she walked into her dream home and literally belly laughed! She hadn't been like this throught the entire process of looking. I knew then that this was the one and it would be hers. We wrote an offer, sealed the deal, closed and she remains there today. I still keep in contact with her and everytime I mention how is it going in your home, she has the belly laugh and then quietly says, wonderful....
What is your best characteristic?: I love to live, to laugh, to learn, and to experience new things. I'm a thinker/feeler by nature. I'm always smiling and you very seldom see me down, even if it's not a good day. I love to make people happy. And I've heard I'm a joy to be around... :-) I'm passionate about real estate and where I live. (Community)
Who or what inspires you the most?: My family inspires me. Im married with four children and Im so blessed. My ministry family inspires me. My bosses inspire me. Nature and music inspires me. I find beauty in almost everything...(Quoting Me) Sometimes out of pain....beauty in life is born...
What is the best advice you ever received?: From my Pastors...They always say, keep it moving no matter what!
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: Well someone said with my sense of humor, I'm better off in the States. :-) So, I would have to say Hawaii- Hang Loose!
