MO buy a previous house with Don Symons and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
05/07/2012 DO NOT buy a house listed by Don Symons!! I had a bad experience dealing with him on a closing of one his houses. He "guessed" at the time needed for his sellers to vacate the property . He verbally said 7 days, and then paperwork at closing miraculously said 30 days! This was unacceptable. He inconvenienced my family of 7 kids. We are now homeless for weeks due to HIS lack of communication with my Realtor. Now I have to be out of my house, that I sold and closed on already in 10 days with no where to go.. thoroughly irritated to say the least!!!!!!!!
