S. Wolak buy a previous house with Rickie W Giese and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
This agent is unethical and practices bad business. He knowingly tried to "double" sell a home that he knew was sold to another party. Reports have been filed through the national, state, and local Realtor Associations. A revocation of license form has also been filed with the state of Michigan. He also finds it acceptable to use foul language during his business dealings. Buyer/Sellers beware.
