Mr Rudy, the buyers' agent did not return the many calls of my diligent agent. He seemed to be haughty, just declaring "everything was fine" when indeed nothing was fine: the buyers had not got a mortgage or any home insurance. The buyers and Mr Rudy did not show up for the house settlement (June 29, 2007) The purchase agreement had been signed on May 23, 2007. At no point did Mr Rudy inform my agent or me that the purchasers were not getting a mortgage. More to the point the two buyers had formed a partnership, had a discord and nowhere was one buyer to be found. The irony was that one buyer was working for Golden Mortgage Co., located in Bloomfield Hills. He could not even get a mortgage from the company where he worked! In the meantime I had vacated my house and all my furniture is now in storage. I am back at square one, trying to sell my house. Thank you Mr Rudy! I just read you call yourself the personnel director of your agency. It does not say much for your agency.
