He gave them 15 days not 5 hours

Those people that put that review in are lying he told them about the offer and gave then 5 hours to respond. They didn't so the clients sold the house to a buy that got back to them on time. Those people are ignerante and they are the ones that are the Jerks!!! Greg has sold a count less number of houses. You can ask any of his clients if he is a good realesate ageant and they will tell you that he is fair and he will do what ever it takes to get you the home you want. If you are respectful to him he will be respectful to you.

My wife and I have been looking to purchase our first home for about three months. We finally decide on the house we like, which Greg was representing as a seller's agent. We put in our offer, which Greg countered at $2500 higher. Not a big deal, right? Though he didn't tell our realtor about the price change...just faxed over the signed page. So we wait about 48 hours, during which Greg doesn't return a single phone call. We'd countered their "15 day close" guideline, as I'm leaving on business for 2 weeks on Monday, and asked for a "21 day" close. 48 hours of wasted time later, Greg finally does our realtor the privliege of returning a call (though not directly to her, it went to her boss after he'd filed a formal complaint with Smith Diamond Realty) to say, simply, that he'd already sold the house. What a jerk. A complete waste of 1/3 of my time left to find a house due simply to his glaring unprofessionalism and rude demeanor. He should be ashamed and disciplined.
