John buy a previous house with Grant F Hamady and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
He is a sneeze ball. I once called him to ask him to buy a house from a bank when a friend was going through foreclosure from a bank, that nut case Grant Hamady said that he could do nothing that would let me help my friend out, next I knew they where kicked out. he admitted that he knew nothing of how to deal with that issue, further more, 1 of the houses he is trying to sell, I happen to know, that the former renters where dealing with mold, more specific black mold and the owners know about it! A house for $79,900, with black mold in the basement, not worth it, and they wont do a thing to take care of it! how cruel is that!!
