- $180,000 in Fowlerville and about $220,000. in Livingston County
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- LOVE IT! I get to meet new people all the time and be apart of their lives and put a smile on their face.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The Michigan Economy. Many people have found themselves upside down in their mortgages and not just from the economy alone. Through faulty appraisals that border fraud in order to get a mortgage, refinance or equity line of credit. For more information on this you may visit my website
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- There was a closing in Raleigh that started at 9:00am until we found an encroachment on the property. It took all day to get the challenge resolved and we finally closed at 10PM that evening. I missed an event in which I was hosting with out of town guests. The day was a rough one to say the least. The very next day a wonderful young couple walked in and I soon sold them their first home where they would start their family. They were a gift from heaven.

- Where I am here in Livingston County or Raleigh NC. Both places are exceptional with exceptional people!
