TERRIBLE
We contacted Colleen Carr to find a home last year, but we ended up going with someone else. When we asked for listings, she would pull ones that were way too much money for us -- like she wanted to sell us the more expensive home. And we did not like her reminding us that if we liked working with her to refer people to her. She also commented more than once what a hard time it was being a real estate agent in these times -- as if reminding us that she wouldn't make any money if all we did was look at home after home. Also, we frequently had to schedule around her kids schedules. We understand people have children, but when it's business I don't want to hear that you can't meet with us until after your son does this or daughter does that -- that's just part of being in real estate in our opinion.
What a great agent
Colleen went over and above what an agent would normally do out of all of the ones I have dealt with. She not only showed us tons of houses, being very patient with us finding the right one, but we found the right one and she made it happen! I would highly recommend her to anyone!
Not Impressed
We did not have a good experience with Colleen Carr. She showed us a home in Brighton, but it seemed like all she wanted to do was get us in and out of the place!! Her interpersonal skills are horrible and her idea of asking the right questions unbelieveable. I felt like she didn't bother to find out what we were looking for but she sure wanted to know how much we wanted to spend!! Seems like she was only interested in finding places that were on the high-end so she could count her commission.
