Hired this clown to buy a home and sell my existing one. Despite all his promises, he couldn't keep any of them. Couldn't get a hold of him on the phone...ever! Would never be where he said he would for meets. Would never drop off flyers for the sign in my yard when he said he would, had to go do it myself. Got ripped-off on the home I bought. He said he was an expert for the Belleville area, well then he should've known that the sellers were asking $15,000 too much on the property. Didn't find out until years later when I tried to refinance. All the other homes in my hood were selling like hotcakes. Mine, being one of the nicer ones, sat for months. Mr. Long just couldn't seem to get anyone to come see my house. Then I figured out why. Anyone that called about my house, he would ask them to meet him at Robinson River NEW homes and work on selling them one there instead. Took me a while to figure out that scam. I know that's what happened because he did the same with me. He told me he had a lot of folks from my area come out and buy in the new sub he was shilling for. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Mike Long is the worst realtor I have ever had the misfortune of hiring. EVER!
