My husband and I had Terry with us for the purchase of our first home. Our experience with him was seriously second to none. Not only did he help us get a great deal, but he watched over our purchase like a father watching over his kids, only wanting what is best for them. I cannot recommend him enough or show enough appreciation of him in the short amount of words I'm allowed here. My only regret is that it seems that he is no longer in the area, and we are so sorry for that because we are looking to buy again and we cannot find him at present. John's a solid guy who shoots straight. With the real estate market in MI the way it is right now i've had a rough time sorting out the "legit" agents from those trying to make a quick buck. His office is very no frills but he is great about availability, finding good homes, and following up with listing agents. I've worked with other realtors and fired them b/c they didn't do what I needed them to, and John is great to work with. I'd send my friends to him, if they were looking to buy a house.
