I just had my house sell!!! yea. My house had been on and off the market for 4 years with 3 different agents. Sigrid not only got me a buyer but she went above and beyond her duty to get things done. My closing was very difficult because of the mortgage company I was dealing with. She even drove to Bath Maine to get my deed and certified check that I overnighted for the closing and of course as murphy law has it the envelope didnt make it in time for the closing.. In our married life of 50 years, we have bought and sold ten different principal residences, vacation homes, apartment buildings, or condominiums in Louisiana, Massachusetts, and Maine. My husband and I purchased an inn in Mid-Coast Maine in May 2010. We were more than thrilled with Dana Moos' service. We moved from Colorado to purchase the inn, and were doing most of the transaction from across the country. We chose her as an agent based off her website and were not disappointed in any way. Any questions/comments we posed to Dana were answered within an hour. I went to Mr Bartlett's offices with the hope of him helping me find a home in the Gray area. I had been referred to him by my daughter's boyfriend who had a mobile home that Mr Bartlett helped him buy. When I told Mr Bartlett that I was looking for a home in the $150-$175K range he laughed at me and told me to jump in my "heap of a car" and take my trailer trash children to a shelter because I couldnt get anything for that money. As you could imagine, I was very appalled and in shock that a so called "professional" would say something like this to a potential customer. I couldn't believe it!! I recommend that you stay far, FAR away from this man as he just oozes "Gold Digger".
