Denis is a crook in my FIRST HAND opinion. He received a large fine from the Realtor Commission for his dishonesty with me and believe me... I'm not his only complaint on record! Google him... I IMPLOR you! The worst part, he pretended to be a friend. I totally trusted him. His kids visited my home and I would have bet a million dollars on his sincerity. He made a fool of me and DESTROYED my credit. He was the worst, most life effecting mistake of my life.. and his wife is a lawyer who covers his rump in every way. Run....run... run! And if you doubt my tale because THIS just couldn't be the Denis you know... RUN even FASTER!
