Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I most recently worked with a youg couple moving to Baltimore from Buffalo, NY. When they saw how much housing costs were in comparison to Buffalo, they were very down-hearted. We put our noses to the grindstone and were able to find them a completely renovated, detached home with central air, a fenced yard and a beautiful kitchen for under $300,000. I will never forget the looks on their faces when I presented them the keys to their new home.
What is your best characteristic?
My ability to listen & to hear what others have to say.
Who or what inspires you the most?
Gandhi, Martin Luther King, John & Bobby Kennedy and most recently Barack Obama.
What is the best advice you ever received?
That "life is a series of problems - most of which are manageable." Milton Horwitz the father of my best friend in high school.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I love the Baltimore area. It is proximate to the ocean as well as the mountains and close to Washington, D.C., New York City & Philadelphia. That beig said, I also love to travel and visit other countries. Italy, Greece and Great Britain are some of my favorite destinations.
