This agent was recommended by a coworker. Although he did attempt to perform what he considered going 'above and beyond' by helping with very minor improvements, he exhibited little confidence, little to no understanding of very common procedures in real estate, and became adversarial toward the end of our contract. He refused to do little things, like address a small odor issue, when we had moved out of state and could not do it ourselves. The worst thing he did was let our sales contract expire, meaning my property was off the market, and did not notify me. When I complained about this, he called my phone and left a startling message in which he was yelling and name calling. I tried to address this with his superior, but my efforts were in vain. When I re-listed and sold the property through another agent, he called several times demanding that he receive commission on the sale. I had to ask him repeatedly to discontinue his contact and har****ment. Any agent would be better!

I called her to get info about a property and she wasn't intelligent at all. The Board should take away her license because she doesn't know what she is talking about. Twice she gave me wrong info and when I called her out on it, she lied about what she said.

This agent is very unprofessional and I would stay away from her. She is also insulting and rude.
