This agent is truly awful. I worked with her and had a horrible experience. Late, unable to contact, rude, unknowledgable, and living in the dark ages with technology. I sincerely hope that no one has to experience what I went through with her. I could go on but it was shameful.

I read a review of Karen Rollings on this website. First of all, Karen happens to be the #3 agent in all of Montgomery County. Everybody hates a winner, I guess. This slanderous review is absolutely false and I challenge the person who wrote it to come out from hiding and identify themselves. Karen is a top notch agent with vast experience who is widely respected for her honesty and integrity. She has been featured on national television shows and print publications. I hate to see good people slandered by false allegations.

I highly recommend you not work with this agent or her company. She plays purchaser against seller and her only goal is to make money. She misleads you and gives bad advice. She doesn't return calls or e-mails and she'll stab you in the back if you go with another realtor. I advise you run the other way - fast!
