Great Buying Experience
We've worked with 3 agents so far and Chris is by far the best. He understood our needs and adapted rapidly and effectively to any changes we made to our preferences. He was very good at showing us a variety of homes and helped us understand the type of homes there are, the differences between them and how our criteria affected the price. Each home visit was a learning experience which allowed us to become more knowledgeable and find the house that best met our needs. We also benefited from his extensive network through which we found excellent professionals that made the whole buying process very smooth (mortgage loan, home insurance, home inspection, contractors, etc.). Chris helped walk me through the process of purchasing my first home! He always made himself available to see the latest and greatest that had just come on the market, and was responsive within a few hours every time I sent him an email or called (which was quite often over those few months!).
Working with Chris was a great experience. Being a first-time home-buyer was stressful, and we were so glad to have an agent we could trust & count on to support us every step of the way. We were definitely very picky clients - we wanted a home with classic architectural features in a great location with a price we could afford - and in Montgomery County that's pretty much asking for the impossible! We started working with Chris very early in the home buying process. We had a lot of questions and needed guidance from the very beginning. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects...financing, budgeting, neighborhood information, house conditions, etc. He was patient with our lengthy decision making and never pressured us in any way. Chris listened to our thoughts and comments and made a devoted effort to provide us with information on every house on the market that met our requirements. We have been in our house for over a year and couldn't be happier!
Wonderful Agent
Chris was an extremely helpful, courteous, and professional agent. I was not really sure what I was looking for, all I knew was that I wanted a place that "felt right". This was not the most helpful description, but Chris was able to track down a number of places that were great, and despite my frustrating lack of direction he was always patient and pleasant. I highly recommend using him if you're either buying or selling.
