In the spring of 2007 I was helping a young couple who wanted to live in a specific neighborhood. We found the perfect home but there were 7 other contracts offered. I told their story to the owners, they loved it and chose my buyers over the others, and at the list price when they could have chosen to make quite a bit more.

Tenacity and the ability to problem solve.

Always step back and look at the big picture.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I love Washington,DC the area is so international, I love meeting people from different countries and outlooks. I enjoy the culture and the politics associated with the area, but... a second home in Tuscany would be nice.
