Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Obviously the market has changed....the "order takers"...are evaporating. That is a good thing. Excellent opportunities are there for the buyers who can "squeeze the trigger". A good Broker is more valueable than ever!
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
As a Broker, I am my own boss. As for my clients, I enjoy sharing my expertise and service with them in what is usually the largest investment they will make in their lifetime. ** and one of the best too!
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Representations made to the public. I constantly strive to get the accurate facts about a property...careful not to misrepresent issues to my clients. When I don't know the answer...I'll say, "I don't know" and get the answer for you.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Clients at lower price points are usually and pleasantly surprised at the high level of service and effort they get from me. Many assume, that because they have a property in the $200,000-$400,000 range...they might (and often are) short changed in effort. I only work at one level - 110% for everyone.
What is your best characteristic?
Honesty and service.
Who or what inspires you the most?
Top athletes. They tend to make their craft look easy... but there is an incredible amount of hard work and practice involved to be sucessful at that level.
