Outstanding Experience!

Jeff was great through our entire home buying process! As first time home buyers we were feeling overwhelmed before we found Jeff. He walked us through the entire process, as well as many homes, before he found the perfect place for us. We needed help to find contractors to repair some items that arose from the home inspection and Jeff referred us to 3 different trades to get the work done. Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I enjoy being a full time realtor because I get great satisfaction from helping people realize their dream of home ownership.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Most challenging issue in this market is making sure that each buyer can qualify to buy the home of their dreams. With all the new guidelines in todays financing maerket, I work with the best lenders that can get the job done, with the least amount of problems.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: My best client started out with a $90,000 home and has worked their way up to a $500,000 home by selling about every 4 years and taking advantage of their equity in each process of their move up.
What is your best characteristic?: My best characteristic is listening to each client and understanding their needs and executing to help them realize their american dream of home ownership.
Who or what inspires you the most?: What inspires me the most is the satisfaction of each buyer that I can help to get them into their new home, where they can enjoy there life and raise their family.
What is the best advice you ever received?: The best advice that I have ever received is the patience to listen to each clients needs and to turn their comments into home ownership for them.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: If I could live anywhere in the world it would be where the fishing is the best year round. I enjoy fishing for all species.
