M S buy a previous house with Steven A Moretti and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
He's the most rude, unprofessional, and obnoxious listing agent, I have ever come across...given he deals with people for a living he is in the wrong trade...my husband and I had the misfortune to deal with him since he was the listing agent for a property we were considering, but he did everything to drive us away as potential buyers away...my advise to any sellers considering to hire him as their realtor is to run in the opposite direction when you see him or his partner who was equally unprofessional & unhelpful...I plant to file a formal complaint with the realtors association...will keep you posted
