Mary is perhaps the most uniformed person I ever met. She is also rude and unprofessional. I totally agree with this person's assessment. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HER.

I agree that Mary is totally unprofessional and utterly rude. I would NEVER deal with her again, and I hope this will be viewed as a cautionary tale for all home buyers

I have only 1000 characters in which to summarize my experience with this management agency, and I could go on forever. If I knew then what I know now I would never have rented from her. She never fixes anything, she is rude, and vindictive. I have never been more ignored by a management company in my entire life. When you have a problem, expect it to be met with rude and obnoxious behavior and a delay of up to three months. If you can, avoid renting a place through this management company- you will save a lot of grief and trouble. Mary is demeaning to her clients, is impossible to talk to, and failed to do a walk through when I rented from her. There are many hidden catches in the rental agreement, and after dealing with Marydale Realty for a period of time, we researched the company and found that a lot of litigation was brought against them for trying to keep security deposits unlawfully, and that she lost in most cases. Bottom line: DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
